  • Does my venue need Wifi?

    If the venue does not have a stable connection, emails and texts can be queued until a stable connection is reached.

  • is a backdrop required?

    No, a backdrop is not required, but is included in photo booth packages. No discount will be applied for providing your own backdrop.

  • How will guests receive their photos?

    Guests can receive their photos through Text or Email.

  • how much space do your booths require?

    Our photo booth only requires a 7.5ft x 7.5ft space.

  • Do your booths require a power source?

    Yes. For most of our booths a standard 10-15 amp, 3 prong wall outlet is sufficient.

  • Can we set up our photo booth outside?

    In order to guarantee high quality photos, we always recommend placing the booth inside. However, we understand that this isn’t always possible. For outdoor events, we ask that there be a full covered shade provided, access to electricity, a level surface and WiFi access.

  • is there a travel fee?

    We travel up to 5 complimentary miles outside of cook county. Any additional mile after that will include a fee of $2 per mile.

  • what is glam booth?

    It is also known as the booth with Black and White Kardashian filter, popularized by the Kardashians. It is one of our upgrade features.  It is beautiful filter that offers skin smoothening and glow creating instant photo perfection for all your guests.

  • are you insured?

    Absolutely! We are insured and can provide a copy for your venue.
